Hon. Dr. Daniel Tuitoek holds a Doctorate in Water Resources Engineering, Masters in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an illustrious career as a Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience.Prior to his appointment, Dr. Tuitoek served as senior lecturer at Egerton University, Deputy Vice Chancellor at Kabarak University and Water Engineer in the Ministry of Water.

He also served as a Member of Parliament, Mogotio Constituency. During his tenure, he served as a member in the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock and a member of the committee on implementation.

Dr. Tuitoek looks to increase the water coverage percentage in Baringo County from the current 39% through creation of policies that favor this upscale.
