Dr John Kiplilei Kirui is an educationist t and a teacher by profession with a 25 years’ experience.He previously served as principal in Kericho High School, Longisa High School and Nakuru High School.

Dr. Kirui also served as a Chief Officer in the county Government of Kericho and concurrently served as a part time lecturer at Kabianga University, Kisii University and Jomo Kenyataa University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

Dr. Kirui is a motivational speaker, who is well driven and diverse due to his profession and vast experience. His top agenda is to inspire and sensitize Agency’s stakeholders through engagement.
